This is the tallest man in the world, whose name is Sultan Kosen, whose height is 251 cm.  That is 8 ft 2.8 inches.  We have a gland in our body which we call pituitary gland, it releases a hormones.  Which we call HGH, which is called Human Growth Hormone, and it is necessary for physical growth i.e. for your heights and mussels.

 Sultan has a disorder that we call pituitary Gigantism when it comes to a human being.  So HGH means that human growth is higher than the extent of hormones, because of which the hectic height of the person starts growing more than usual, and it happened with Sultan when Sultan was 10 years old, his highway was normal but after that Sultan  Not only did the heat stop  Eventually in 2010, he underwent surgery in the US and doctors found it successful.

 By the way, history is the name of Robert Vadlo, the longest person in the world.  Their height was 8 ft 11 inches.  When they were 13 years old, their height was 7 ft 4 inches.  And these increasingly increasing 8 ft 11 inches, but they died in 22 years.  If you talk about a live person, then it is Sultan Kosen.
